"I purchased my 1.5 jack when it first launched, but unfortunately, it stopped working after about a year. Later, I discovered through online forums that some of the early batches had similar issues, though I wasn’t aware of this at the time. I contacted customer support in hopes of getting a replacement pump, but the experience was frustrating. Despite multiple attempts, I never received a clear or definitive answer or follow up email on whether they would replace it. I really like the jack, so I ended up buying a replacement pump myself. However, I wish the Pro Eagle team had been more responsive and provided clearer communication instead of leaving me in the dark."

Defective 1.5 ton replacement pump
"I purchased the 1.5-ton replacement pump on 5-8-2024 and immediately installed it on 5-19-2024, only to discover it was defective. When I tested the jack, I turned it over to check for any hydraulic leaks. Small amounts of fluid were coming from the small hole located at the bottom where the retaining wire was located when shipped. As it was on its side, I noticed fluid dripping out of the pistons. "So apparently I was one of the few who got a bad pump, not great tbh, but they fixed my issue without questions and with a fast delivery. The swap was dead easy, I've looked at the video on the product page and it was quick and painless. No issues after the new one was up n running!"
