Need to lift a tube frame, axle, or something round? This adaptor made from aerospace grade 6061 T6 aluminum helps you secure things that a flat surface cannot. Fits directly to the jack and interlocks just like the extension does. It takes the place of the extension. (Will not interlock on top of extension)

This information should be shared on the product page in a clear and obvious way. The picture doesn't match tech support's answers."
